Headlining the Bristol Dockside Heritage Festival, Crane Dance Bristol is a specially choreographed, mechanical dance. Synchronised cranes, lit-up by LED lights, will move in unison to music performed live and animate the city’s skyline.

Laura Kriefman is Director of the interactive dance company, Guerilla Dance Project, based in Bristol’s Pervasive Media Studio. Her work specialises in Augmented Dance: the fusion between movement and technology. Crane Dance Bristol, which launches the Mass Crane Dance project is the latest example of Kriefman’s collaborations with architects, technologists and futurists to make work that connects people with their cities.
